You can go the traditional route with Peranakan designs. This requires focus. You will deal with symmetrical floral motifs and vintage colour palettes. It is perfect for those who love order and geometry.

Or, you can choose Singapore motifs. This is looser and more interpretive. Think orchids, sketches of the Merlion, or the outline of a shophouse.
